Burton City DPW - Addition and renovation to current DPW building.  Billy Hall is the project manager for this project.                                          Method of Contract:  Hard Bid

True Love Church (Detroit) - Interior remodel to current church followed by a $2.9 mil addition to the existing building.  Terry Mayberry is the project manager for this project.                                                                    Method of Contract:   Negotiated (Design/Build)

Ground is moving at Kettering University in Flint.  Troy Hall was awarded the job to construct three new three story student housing projects.               Method of Contract:   Hard Bid

Letter of intent is signed with Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (Flint) to construct a $2.4 mil expansion to the current church.  Troy Hall is the project manager for this project.                                                                      Method of Contract:   Negotiated

Michigan School for the Deaf & Blind (Flint Twp.) starts renovations to Stevens Hall.  Bryan Hall is the project manager for this project.            Method of Contract:   Hard Bid

Durand Eagles new facility started construction.  Bryan Hall will be the project manager for this project.                                                                  Method of Contract:   Negotiated

Christ the King Church (Flint) breaks ground for new facility on Lapeer road in Flint. Troy Hall will be the project manager for this project.      Method of Contract:   Hard Bid

Corner of Hill rd. and Fenton rd. (Grand Blanc Twp.) - exterior work to the old Ponderosa is going on to make way for a new restaurant.  Terry Mayberry is overseeing this project.                                                        Method of Contract:   Negotiated (Design/Build)

Mornigstar Church (Flint) - New $1.8 mil church. Terry Mayberry will be the project manager.                                                                                  Method of Contract:   Negotiated (Design/Build)
