STEP 1: In meeting with the Will H. Hall & Son, Inc. team at an early stage, we can provide you with preliminary design in house and create accurate budgets per the preliminary drawings for your project.

ADVANTAGE: You will have an idea if your building plans meet your budget before incurring any costly architect fees.

STEP 2: We, Will H. Hall & Son, Inc., will select an architect that meets the requirements of your project. The architect will develop more in depth drawings. At this point the sub-contractors ( electrical, plumbing, H.V.A.C., etc. ) are also selected based upon the scale of your project.

STEP 3: The contract is signed between Will H. Hall & Son, Inc. and the owner of the project. The actual working drawings are started with Will H. Hall & Son, Inc. overseeing the project to ensure design is kept within the budget. Sub- contractors provide their design and layout for their portion of work to be done. As drawings are produced construction begins.

ADVANTAGE: The team is developed, Will H. Hall & Son, the architect, and the owner are all ready for action. With each sub-contractor providing the design for their work, you save the cost of additional engineering fees. With the team effort prior to construction, you can eliminate time from omitting change orders attributed to the design.

STEP 4: Construction is under way and completed within the time and budget constraints set forth at the beginning of the project.
